"My family has just moved to the area from Wisconsin in September. We've been with State Farm for the last 8 years or so and their service has always been great. Unfortunately our previous agent did not service outside of WI which meant we needed to find new insurance. I'm one who dreads calling around for car insuracne quotes because of all the info that are needed so I thought it would be easiest to just transfer our policy over. Through Google I found 2 offices that were in the area. I read the reviews and chose Tony Hoaglund's office base off the amazing reviews that satisfied customers left. I called the office and was assisted by Kaycee who was friendly and patiently helped locate my policy in the system. From there she told me an agent will work on my policy and get back to me the next day with premium info. The next few days Austin and I communicated via phone and text messages and he was able help set up everything. My premium even was less than what I was paying in WI so that was also a plus! Austin was great and made sure all my questions were answered. I am very satisfied and happy that I made the right decision to work with Tony Hoaglund's office."
